I really liked this picture and would have liked to have used it as my front cover image. My model is smiling and is positioned perfectly for the text and images to go around her, with a clear and neutral background. But after taking a closer inspection of this image you can see that part of her elbow is cut off. Though not a huge problem, you would not usually find this on a front cover shot. Next time I do a photoshoot of any kind I will definatly double check to make sure that all the shots I have, I have the choice of using, and make sure that they are decent before moving on.

This show is taken from a high angle, as my model sits in the church yard. It really makes for a good shot as she is looking straight at the camera with a clear view of her face which means that readers can instantly recoginse her without having to think so much about who is on the page.
I really like these two shots! My model seems happy and playful and is really attracting in the audience. The top photo is edited using a iPad app called ColorEffects, and I love the vintage, unique spin that it puts of quite a simple image; inhancing her dark eyes and adding a shine to her skin, while letting the location look mystical and appealing.
